B I O G R A P H Y MURRAY: William "George" Murray passed away in the Pine Island Lodge, Maidstone, Saskatchewan on Friday, February 4, 2005 at the age of 87 years. George is survived by: one son Russell Murray and his wife Wanda of Waseca; Pat and her husband Neil Morrison also of Waseca; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one brother Russell Murray and his wife Theresa of Kingston, Ontario; two sisters-in-law Marge Murray of Cut Knife and Allie McCuish of Meadow Lake. George was predeceased by his wife Audrey. The funeral service for George was conducted from the Waseca Community Hall on Friday, February 11, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Ean Kasper officiating. A eulogy was given by Wanda Murray. Special recorded music by Daniel O'Donnell was played. Honorary pallbearers were all those present. Active pallbearers were: Sterling Hall, David Rogers, Ross Campbell, Tim Nerbas, Wayne Fehr and Norm Lumgar. Interment followed in the Waseca Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. Card of Thanks We would like to thanks the staff at Maidstone Hospital, Pine Island Lodge and Home Care for the special care dad received over the past year, to Reverend Ean Kasper for his kind words ad service, and to Wanda Murray for giving the eulogy. Thank you to the pallbearers, Dale McCaw and McCaw Funeral Service, and the Hall Board for serving lunch. A special thanks to all of you that phoned us, visited our homes, sent flowers, cards, food and made donations in our dad’s memory. Your thoughtfulness meant so much to us. We would also like to thank all of you that came to dad’s service, your support and kind words will never be forgotten.
