George was the kindest, funniest man I knew. Even though he was my cousin, I always had the biggest crush on him because he had an infectious laugh and he said it like it was. I will miss you deeply, cousin.

My condolences to Ruth and all the family members. I remember so many fun times with George while working with Saskatchewan Agriculture and attending social functions with George and Ruth during the time they lived on the farm. Thank you for the invites to visit when you were on holidays in Palm Springs and golfing with you while you were there.

hot. He said he would rather have cool itchy leet than hot clean feet. George loved choke cherries one day while harvesting. He was driving truck. I was driving the combine. I was ready to unload, but he was not answering the radio. When I turned around, the green truck was backed up to the chokecherry tree, and he was standing on top of the box when I asked him why he said the best berries are at the top. I still laugh at the thought of that. I regret that I never made mone effort to stay in touch after George& Ruth moved to Calgary I miss all the time I spent with them. My thoughts and prayers are with Ruth, Graeme and Ginelle and their families. Im so sorry you’ve lost him. Cousin Mike

Heaven will be a warmer place today, as George will have the walls insulated, Vapor barrier installed and sealed up tight ready for inspection. We will blow the ceilings when I get there to help. Loved our time as friends, work mates and insulation partners. D & G insulators stood for dam good lol. George took great pride in always doing it right RIP George you left us way too early.
