Dorothy “Eileen” Jezowski passed away at Jubilee Home, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the age of 83 years.

Eileen is survived by her loving family: sons Brian Jezowski, Blair Jezowski and Kelly (DeAnne) Jezowski; daughter Karen (Matt) Staples; her grandchildren, Neil (Tammy) Jezowski, Christine (Regan) Mallett, Darcy (Rachel) Jezowski, Lauren (Chad) Adams, Christina (Hank) Landry, Philip Jezowski, Travis Jezowski, Austin Jezowski, William Staples and Merryn Staples; her great grandchildren, Megan Jezowski, Emily Jezowski, Colby Jezowski, Ava Jezowski, Olivia Jezowski, Gabrielle Mallett, Amayah Mallett, Talia Mallett, Eli Mallett, Colton Landry and Avery Jezowski; her siblings, Stuart (Ann) Warren and Norma Dennis.

Eileen was predeceased by: her husband, Tony; her son, Norman; her parents, Norman and Dorothy Warren; her great granddaughter, Erynn Jezowski; her sister, Jean; her sister-in-law, Norma; her brothers-in-law, Jim and Harvey.

A Memorial Service for Eileen will be held on Saturday, March 3 at 2:00 PM from St. John’s Anglican Church, 4709 49 Street, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan with Reverend Gyllian Davies officiating.  

Donations in memory of Eileen may be made to the charity of donor’s choice.
