Gerald Leo Binetruy passed away at Royal Alexandra Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta, October 3, 2021 at the age of 74 years.

Gerald is survived by: his three children: Leanne (Gary Brooks) Binetruy and their two daughters, Nicole and Jessica Brooks, all of Cochrane, AB; Teresa (Norm Kohle) Binetruy of Grandora, SK and Norm's sons Levi and Tyrell Kohle along with Ty's daughter Rosey; Mark (Laurie) Binetruy and their three daughters, Ava, Haley and Danielle, all of Lloydminster, AB; his sisters, Rita (Marlowe Johnson) Dedora of Riverhurst, SK, Irene Gemmell (Keith Johnson) of Riverhurst, AB and Joyce Binetruy of Gibbons, AB; sister-in-law, Margo Binetruy of Drayton Valley, AB; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Gerald is predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Marguerite Binetruy; and brother, Albert Binetruy.

The Memorial Service for Gerald will be conducted from McCaw Funeral Chapel (5101 50 Street), Lloydminster, Alberta on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM. If you are unable to attend in person, you may view the live streaming of the service which will be posted on McCaw Funeral Service website under Gerald's obituary at the time of the service.

Donations in memory of Gerald may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or Crohns and Colitis Canada.
