Roy Whiting passed away at Lloydminster Continuing Care Centre, Lloydminster, AB on February 26, 2025 at the age of 81 years.

Roy is survived by: his loving wife, Eileen Whiting; daughters, Shelly Whiting and Tracy (Lionel) Nicholson; sons, Devin (Chantal) Whiting, Owen (Serena) McLean, Kirk (Julie) McLean and Dean (Jessica) McLean; grandsons, Justin Whiting, Levi (Michelle) Nicholson, Ethan McLean, Gavin McLean, Dennis McLean, Duncan McLean and Luke McLean; granddaughters, Teri-Lynn (Rob) Stuebing, Skylar (Jordan) Parkinson, Jenna McLean, Michailya Pollock, Madison Pollock, Aubree McLean and Amelia McLean; and numerous great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Roy is predeceased by: his parents, Simeon and Lillian Whiting; and brother, Stanley Whiting.

The Celebration of Life for Roy will be conducted from The Moose Hall, Lloydminster, AB on Friday, March 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM. 

Donations in memory of Roy may be made to Border Paws Animal Shelter Society or donor's charity of choice.
