My condolences Donna and family. And Jo Anne, Darlene, and Margie and families. May God's grace, peace and comfort surround you all in ways each of you understand.
Johnny was special to us, and so much more to you all. Right now I don't have a lot of words; I do have so many good memories throughout the years--when didn't I know Johnny? (smile) Only to us, he and Adolf were cousins, and as my mom would say "the boys". (wry grin) Always the smile and laughter. Always the music. And the work. I still shake my head in wonder, and the idea of "well, of course they would" when I think of Johnny and Adolf working on the large barn's roof in their 80s.
My mom's goal was to make it to 100; she didn't make it, but I'm glad Johnny did! What a life! Hugs to all.
