Mitch passed away at Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre, Lloydminster, AB on April 28, 2025 at the age of 88 years.

Mitch is survived by: his wife, Sheila Illerbrun; children, Mona, Noreen (Dave), Gavin (Marion); Darren (Colleen) and Cheryl (Calvin); grandchildren, Steven, Jason, Roxanne, Sondra, Katie, Jenna, Evan, Ryan, Kyle and Alex; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mitch is predeceased by: his siblings, Ralph, Harold (Joanna), Alice (Oliver); and parents, Ernest and Mariam Illerbrun.

As per Mitch's wishes, there will be no service at this time.

The family wishes to thank the doctors and staff at Lloydminster Hospital as well as the nursing staff at Dr. Cooke.

Donations in memory of Mitch may be made to Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre or donor's charity of choice.
