Obituary of Kai Rolin

Kai Rolin passed away at Pioneer Lodge, Lloydminster, AB on May 22, 2025 at the age of 91 years.

Kai is survived by: his stepchildren, John (Sylvia) Dodman, Guy (Wendy) Dodman and Tammy Dodman; his step-grandchildren, Jennifer Dodman, Chase Dodman, Johnathan Kessel, Micheal Kappel, Matthew Kappel, Amanda Prokopetz and Michelle Snape; step great-grandchildren, Kaelyn Snape and Gavin Snape; sister, Ida Rolin Waldner, nieces and nephews, Neil Waldner (Laurie), Sheila Kavanagh (Mike), Della Peabody (Pat), Bill Ayrey (Wendy), Laura Gartner, Pat Ayrey (Brent), Sandy Ayrey (Randy) and Norma Boser; and many great nieces, nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.

Kai is predeceased by: his loving wife, Cecile Rolin, stepdaughter, Barbara Dodman; sibling, Evelyn Ayrey, nephew-in-law, Irvin Gartner; brothers-in-law, Percy Waldner and Aldy Ayrey; great-nephew, Curtis Ayrey; and nephew, Garnet Waldner.

The Celebration of Life for Kai will be conducted from Senlac Hall, Senlac, Saskatchewan on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 2:00 pm.

The interment will be held at the Senlac Municipal Cemetery, Senlac, SK, at 1:00 PM on July 28, 2025.
