Zarley Richard Glen Worm passed away at Onion Lake Cree Nation, SK on July 15, 2025 at the age of 31 years.

Zarley is survived by: his son, Alazar; sisters, Courtney (Brad) and Trissin; brother, Zachary; nieces, Brianne and Kioni; nephews, Jax, Rene, Terryn and Thomas; girlfriend, Brandynn; paternal uncles, Glen (Nicole) Worm and Darrel Worm; paternal aunties; Glenna Worm, Lana Worm and Donna Janvier; maternal uncles, Dwayne Chocan and Calvin (Val) Chocan; maternal aunties, Darlene Chocan, Eileen Chocan and Miranda (Geoff) Sandfly; mosoms, Vern Chocan, Jack (Brenda) Chocan; kohkums, June Chocan and Grace (Raymond) Quinney; and numerous extended family and friends.

Zarley was predeceased by: his parents, Rene Worm and Loretta Jane Chocan; paternal grandparents, Glen and Josephine Worm; aunties, Melanie Worm and Leanne Worm; maternal grandparents, Richard Chocan and Margaret Chocan (Chief); maternal uncles, Casey Stewart Chocan and Paul Raymond Chocan; maternal-maternal great-grandparents, Robert Chief and Mary Chief (Crookedneck); maternal - paternal great-grandparents, Wilfred Chocan and Harriet Chocan (MacDonald); great aunties, Agnes Whitstone (Chocan), Aldina Whitstone, Rosalie Chocan, Anna Crowe, Gloria Chocan, Julia Chief and Rosie Chief; great uncles, Raymond Chocan, Paul Chief, Clarence Chief and Dan Chief; 

The Wake for Zarley will be conducted from Onion Lake Log Church, Onion Lake, SK on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM.

The Funeral Service for Zarley will be held from Onion Lake Log Church, Onion Lake, SK on July 21, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
