Kolin Blake Champagne (One Souljah) was born to the late Arthur Howard Dillon and Shirley Champagne in Lloydminster, SK on April 29th 1984. He passed suddenly in Onion Lake, SK on October 24th 2025 at the age of 41 years.

Kolin was a quiet man, compassionate and so very loving. A man that loved with his whole heart, his children were his world. The love and laughter that filled his home was his peace, the love they all had for one another was endearing. 

Kolin had a love for music as well, he sang to his babies as they grew. He sang about life, love and gratitude. Music was also an escape, from all the hurts and pains he so wanted to leave behind.  That life also brought deep understanding and compassion for others, he held hope and would pray that things would change.  He would show love even in the hurtful moments, he was the rock to his siblings, the one person they could go to even if it was just a shoulder to cry on. He was a proud father, a big brother ,an amazing friend. 

Kolin you will be missed, we love you eternally. 

Kolin was predeceased by: his dad, Arthur Howard Dillon (2025); His baby girl, Amberly Champagne (2009); grandparents, Arthur and Edna Dillon, Mary and Leo Champagne; uncles, Glen Champagne and Conrad Dillon; niece, Rihanna Dillon; cousins, Darwin Champagne, Cameron (Jr) Dillon, Jackie Dillon and Kristen Dillon; and his good friends, Landis Stick and Abdo Grayman. 

Kolin leaves to mourn his passing: his children, Keithen, Antonio, Kaiden, Aaliyah, Kayzie, Keanu, Asher, Keana, Azailey and Kalin; the mother of his children, Amanda Cook; mother, Shirley Champagne; siblings, Harrison, Jamie, Edna (Darwin), Angel, Angelina, Angelo, Howard Reese and Angeleen; numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunties, cousins, extended family and friends. 

The Wake for Kolin will be conducted from Circle Hall, Onion Lake , Saskatchewan on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 12:00 pm.

The Funeral Service for Colin will be conducted from Circle Hall, Onion Lake, Saskatchewan on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 11:00 am.
