John Dow passed away at home in Lloydminster on January 28, 2026 at the age of 66 years. 

John is survived by: Susan, his loving wife of 33 years; his son, Davis Dow; his daughter, MacKenzie (Brett) Albert and his grandchildren, Murphy and Henry; sisters, Lynda (Larry) Okerstrom, Sandra (Foster) Parkinson, Marie (Leonard) Trotzuk, Deb (Miles) Britton and Dee (Greg) Nelson; parents-in-law, Don and Glenys Grosenick; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. 

John is predeceased by: his parents, Beth and Cliff; and his step-mother Velma. 

The Memorial Service for John will be conducted from Grace United Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM. If you are unable to attend in person, you may view the live streaming of the service posted on McCaw Funeral Service website under John’s obituary.
