Austin Joshua Carter passed away at Royal Alexandra Hospital, Edmonton, AB on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at the age of 35 years.

Austin is survived by: his loving parents, Kim and Laurie Ann Carter; brothers, Adam Carter, Catlin Deschamps and Northwind Hill; sisters, Amanda Carter, Larrisa Moyah and Carlesa Hill; kokums, Jean Moyah and Yvonne Carter; moshum, Dennis Carter; and all those who loved him.

Austin was predeceased by: his brother, Jonathan Ambrose Moyah; moshums, Victor Bruce Carter and John Ambrose Dufresne; cousins, Braden Wright and Jarret Moyah; uncles, Daniel Carter, Blair Carter, Calvin Carter and Erwin Thompson; aunties, Rose-Anna Moyah, Jo-Anne Moyah and Joanne Thompson; great-grandma, Cecilia Moyah and Mary Ann Agnes, great-grandpa, Sylvester Cardinal; great-great-mothers, Mable Daquette and Verna Dufresne; and geat-great-grandpa, Louis Dufresne.

The Wake for Austin will be conducted from Round Hall, Onion Lake, SK on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

The Funeral Service for Austin will be conducted from Round Hall, Onion Lake, SK on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
