Noel Roy Wright passed away peacefully at home on the farm near Blackfoot, AB, March 30, 2026 at the age of 95 years.

Noel is survived by: his three children, Laverne Wright-Ozga (Conrad Ozga), Wayne Wright and Mark (Theresa) Wright; five grandchildren, Landon Ozga (Samantha Blanchard), Turner (Jody) Ozga, Isabella Wright, Mathias Wright and Merissa Wright; four great-grandchildren, Jack Ozga, Annie Ozga,  Sofia Monteith and Seth Monteith; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Noel was predeceased by: his wife, Mae Wright; parents, William and Mary Wright; brothers, Ken and Ralph; and sisters, Betty, Wilma, Gay and Shirley.

An Appreciation of Noel’s Life will be held at Blackfoot Community Hall, Blackfoot, AB on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM.

Donations in memory of Noel may be made to Canadian Cancer Society (Prostate Cancer) or donor's charity of choice.
