Colin Richard Venables passed away at Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on July 17, 2026 at the age of 79 years.

Colin is survived by: his loving wife, Judy Venables (nee Metherell); son, Richard (Krystle) Venables; grandchildren, Abby and Liam; daughter, Carol Venables (Dylan Barnsdale); sister, Ann Savage; niece, Lisa (Trevor) Coley; nephew, Graeme (Sarah) Savage and their children Emily and Oscar; mother-in-Law, Vivien Metherell; sister-in-law, Lorraine (Lorence) Willness; nephew, Clay  Willness (Shannon Wardell) and his children, Shelby, Samuel, and  Addison; niece, Lauren (Mark) Wiltzen and their children, Nathan, Tehya and Ayla; nephew, Ross Willness; brothers-in-law, Jim (Lorna) Metherell and Murray (Loreen) Metherell; nephew, Dan (Cassidy) Metherell and their children Milo and Nora; nephew, Mitch (Darrienne) Metherell and their daughters, Myah and Reya; niece, Corianne (Cole) Bilanchuk and their son, Bennett; nephew, Coleman Metherell; and sister-in-law, Heather MacIvor.

Colin was predeceased by: his father and mother, Leonard and Doris; father-in-Law, Paul Metherell; and sisters-in-law, Diane Metherell and Frances Metherell.

The Funeral Service for Colin will be conducted from Lashburn Hall, Lashburn, SK,  on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM. If you are unable to attend, please see the live steam under Colin's Tribute wall at the time of service.
