B I O G R A P H Y MCKENZIE: Murray Francis McKenzie passed away in the Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre, Lloydminster, Alberta on Sunday, February 6, 2005 at the age of 64 years. Murray is survived by: two sisters; Ellen Wells of Lloydminster and Linda and her husband Glenn Schopfer of Marsden; one brother-in-law Don Paziuk of Neilburg as well as numerous other relatives. Murray was predeceased by his wife June and his parents. The funeral service for Murray was conducted from the McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Thursday, February 10, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Norm Laird officiating. A eulogy was given by Dawn Veltikold. The hymn sung was "One Day at A Time," accompanied on the organ by Marj Kilback. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. Card of Thanks We would like to express our thanks to everyone for their support in our time of loss. Thank you to Reverend Norm Laird and to the organist Marj Kilback. Special thanks to the staff of the Dr. Cooke, Jubilee, Lloydminster Hospital staff and Home Care for the care given to him over the years, and Dr. Crossley. Thank you to the Presbyterian Ladies for looking after the lunch. Thanks for flowers, food and donations. We also extend our appreciation to Dale McCaw for his care and understanding. The McKenzie Family Donations in memory of Murray may be made to the Lloydminster Handivan Society, the MS Society, the Dr. Cooke Extended Care Center or to a charity of the donor's choice.
