Roy Allan Haugen passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at the age of 91 years.
Roy was born in Dubuk, Saskatchewan on March 24, 1922 to Anna and Thor Haugen.
Roy leaves to mourn his passing: his loving wife, Margaret; one sister, Vi Ehman; six children: Rick Haugen, Kevin Haugen, Allan Haugen, James Haugen, David Haugen and Judith Scott; eleven grandchildren: Tara Haugen-Keichinger, Daren Haugen, Linsey Haugen, Jami Haugen, Kristi Haugen, Christopher Haugen, Karen Haugen, Alex Haugen, Davis Haugen, Scott Haugen and Mike Haugen; seven great-grandchildren: Ryli Haugen, Kynli Haugen, Kahli Haugen-Keichinger, Sydni Haugen-Keichinger, Saydi Haugen-Keichinger, Jake Haugen-Keichinger and Lily Mclelland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Roy was predeceased by five brothers: Richard Haugen, Ken Haugen, Vern Haugen, Glen Haugen and Lloyd Haugen.
Donations in memory of Roy may be made to Lloydminster Palliative Care or to a charity of the donor's choice.
