Glen McCormick passed away in the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at the age of 80 years.
Glen leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife Sarah; his children: Randy (Trish) McCormick, Bill and Carole (Teha) Zanidean; grandchildren: Rachel, Vanessa, Crystal, Al and Samantha; ten great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Florence and numerous other relatives.
Glen was predeceased by his parents William and Alma McCormick and brother Robert.
The funeral service for Glen will be held in the McCaw Funeral Chapel on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 1:00 PM.
Donations in memory of Glen may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
