Ellsworth is survived by: one daughter Elsie and her husband John Gallon of Maidstone; Michael Gallon and his wife Jackie of Maidstone and their children Kaden and Landen; Jamie Gallon and his wife Lisa of Rosalind, AB and their daughter Brooke; one sister Ann and her husband Ted Francis of Penticton, BC as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Ellsworth was predeceased by his wife Elsie in 1997.
Donations in memory of Ellsworth may be made to the Pine Island Lodge or to a charity of the donor's choice.
