Obituary of David Bannerman

It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of Dave and Ferne (nee Callbeck) Bannerman of Turtleford on Tuesday, March 28, 2006.
They will be lovingly remembered by their five children: Heather, Dale (Adele), Lee (Heather), Melodye, Scott (Paula) and grandchildren: Sara, Caitlin, Andrew, Aaron, Jeremy, Rylan and Graeme.
Dave is survived by siblings (Verna), (Della), Jessie, Frank (Joan), Del (Ella), Fred (Nellie), (Roy), Nancy (Jim) and Bill (Ruth). He is predeceased by his parents William and Annie and siblings William, Margaret, George, Bob and Christine.
Ferne is survived by siblings Kathryn, Art (Jonie), Connie, (Barry), Richard (Dawn) and Velma (Charles). She is predecased by parents Elmer and Esther and siblings Claire and Ann.
They will be greatly missed by a large extended family and a circle of friends.
Ferne and Dave met, married and raised their family in the Turtleford area. In June they would have celebrated 50 years of marriage. They both shared a love of family and community.
