He is survived by: his beloved daughter Paige Courtney Appenheimer; the love of his life Lorraine King and her two daughters, Alana Maire Turner and Lauren Leigh Turner; his mother Jean Doris Elizabeth Appenheimer; siblings: Betty Lynne and her husband Rick Mailhiot and their daughters Melissa and Terrice; Allan Dale Appenheimer and his wife Angie and their sons Jake, Matthew, Daniel and Joshua; Teresa Marie and her husband Lloyd Lavigne and their children Kellsey and Aaron Leckie; and Heather Anne Runje.
David was predeceased by his father, Edwin Walter Appenheimer.
Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of the donor's choice.
