John is survived by: his loving wife Vicki; two sons Justin Page and Brenton Page all of Kitscoty; his mother Violet Page of Lloydminster; two sisters: Abby Quwek and Christine and Steve Penney; one brother Elwin Page; fourteen nieces and nephews as well as numerous other relatives.
Donations may be made to the Scleroderma Research Foundation, the Kitscoty Community Church or the Kitscoty Community Hall.
