David is survived by: his loving wife Iva; two sons Dean and his wife Cindy of Rivercourse, Mitch and his wife Jorin of Lloydminster, two daughters Vicki and her husband Blair Elliott of McLaughlin, Susie and her husband Aaron Eidsvik of Rivercourse; seven grandchildren as well as numerous family and friends.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Lloydminster Hospital Palliative Care.
