B I O G R A P H Y KVILL: Floyd Victor Kvill passed away in the Drumheller Health Center, Drumheller, Alberta on Thursday, December 8, 2005 at the age of 62 years. Floyd is survived by: his mother Doris Kvill of Elk Point; two brothers: Arnold Kvill and his wife Shirley of Heinsburg; Gordon Kvill and his wife Linda of Spruce Grove; one sister-in-law Barbara and her husband Gordon Welch of Lashburn; six nieces and nephews: Roberta and Mike Garritty; Jodie and Dwayne Olekson; Brent Kvill; Ryan Kvill; Amanda Kvill and Felicia Kvill as well as numerous other relatives. Floyd was predeceased by: his brother Larry, his father George and his nephew Neil. The funeral service for Floyd was conducted from the Marwayne Community Hall, Marwayne, Alberta on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Harold Imes officiating. A eulogy was given by Dwayne Olekson and Mike Garritty. Hymns sung were “Amazing Grace,” “How Great Thou Art,” and “The Old Rugged Cross,” accompanied on the organ by Donna Eyben. Honorary pallbearers were all those who shared in Floyd’s life. Active pallbearers were: Roberta Garritty, Jodie Olekson, Brent Kvill, Ryan Kvill, Shawn Davis and Felicia Kvill. Interment followed in the Marwayne Cemetery McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. Card of Thanks The family of Floyd Victor Kvill would like to thank the many friends and relatives who gave us support, send cards, donation to a charity of their choice, sent floral tributes and helped with the phoning. Special thanks to Dr. Neffgen, the Drumheller hospital staff, the ambulance attendants, the Drumheller Legion for the Memorial Service held in Drumheller on December 15, 2005, to Pastor Harold Imes for officiating at the funeral service held in Marwayne on December 14, 2005, Donna Eyben for her gift of music, Dwayne Olekson and Mike Garritty for giving the eulogy, the pallbearers and honorary pallbearers, and the Marwayne Royal Purple Ladies who provided the delicious lunch. Our sincere thanks to Glenn McCaw and Dave McCaw for their kindness and assistance with making all the arrangements. Everyone’s thoughtfulness and kindness will always be remembered. Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation.
