B I O G R A P H Y HILL: Harold James “Jim” Hill passed away in the Riverside Health Complex, Turtleford, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at the age of 88 years. Jim is survived by: his loving wife Dorothy Hill of Turtleford; four children: Fred Hill and his wife Brenda of Turtleford; Marie and her husband Brian Guest of Lloydminster; Iris and her husband Kevin Yuill of Portage la Prairie and Robert Hill of Turtleford; nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one brother Tom Hill and his wife Betty of Lloydminster as well as numerous other relatives. The funeral service for Jim Hill was conducted from the Good Shepherd United Anglican Church, Turtleford, Saskatchewan on Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 4:00 P.M. with Reverend Canon Don Skinner and Pastor Pat Ribey officiating. Hymns sung were “What A Friend We Have In Jesus,” “The Old Rugged Cross,” and “Amazing Grace,” accompanied on the organ by Dorothy Textor. Honorary pallbearers were everyone in attendance. Active pallbearers were: Leanne Binetruy, Teresa Binetruy, Mark Binetruy, Jody Niemi, Trevor Hill, Crystal Tully, Blair Callbeck, Sara Hill and Bruce Hill. Interment followed in the Turtleford Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster and Turtleford administered the funeral arrangements. Card of Thanks The family of the late Jim Hill thanks everyone for their kindness and support during these last difficult months. Thank you to the doctors and nurses for their care of Jim. Thank you for the phone calls, visits, cards, food, flowers, donations and for just being there. Thanks to Reverend Canon Don Skinner and Pastor Pat Ribey for their visits and comforting service and to Linda McHugh for the eulogy. Thanks to Dorothy Textor - organist, Eileen Seabrook for the solo and the grandchildren for being pallbearers. Thanks also to the AUCW ladies for providing the lunch. Donations in memory of Jim may be made to the Turtleford Good Shepherd United Anglican Church.
