My wife and I met, and became friends of Ken and Irene many years ago. We live in Indiana, USA, and were traveling through Canada, first meeting his brother Jim and wife Hazel, followed by an invitation to visit the family farm. We loved this family from the very beginning and visited there more than once. Ken took us around to view various points of interest in the surrounding area. Though Ken was older than I was , we shared the same day and month for our birthdays.
I read through the obituary, and it describes him perfectly, describing him exactly as the man he was. We have continued to remain in contact with his wife Irene.
