B I O G R A P H Y BROCKE: Edith Margaret Brocke (nee Wild) passed away near Thorhild, Alberta on Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at the age of 86 years. Margaret is survived by: her loving husband Stan of Dawson Creek; five children: Leon Brocke and his wife Mary of Rose Prairie, BC; Heather and her husband Bob Broadley of Dawson Creek, BC; Dale Brocke and his wife Doris also of Dawson Creek, BC; John Brocke and his wife Anna of Calgary; Roger Brocke and his wife Debbie of Texas; fifteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one sister-in-law Amanda Wild of Lloydminster as well as numerous other relatives. Margaret was predeceased by her brother Herb Wild. The funeral service for Margaret was conducted from the McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Ta Tumu officiating. A eulogy was given by children: Leon, Heather Broadley, Dale, John and Roger (In Absentia). A tribute of Marg's life was given by son-in-law Bob Broadley. A solo "Amazing Grace," was sung by great niece Willow Brocke. Hymns sung were "What A Friend We Have In Jesus," "Oh The Valley Shall Ring," and "Great Is Thy Faithfulness," accompanied on the piano by Laura Harris and by Flutist Nicole Craperi. Tribute of Roses was given by the Granddaughters: Andrea Seeley, Caroline Brocke, Laura Harris, Nicole Craperi, Bethany Brocke, Carrie Alison and Rebecca Harding. Active pallbearers were Grandsons: Aaron Brocke, Shawn Brocke, Vincent Brocke, Joseph Brocke, Curtis Miedzinski, Jeremy Miedzinski (Matthew Brocke, Daniel Brocke, in absentia.) Interment followed in the North Park Pioneer Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. Donations in Memory of Edith made by CNIB Charity Of Choice.
