B I O G R A P H Y CORRIGAN: Elsie "Viola" Corrigan passed away in the Lloydminster Hospital on Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at the age of 92 years. Viola is survived by: three children: Sharon Lynne Corrigan; Russell Terry Corrigan and his wife Esther of Lloydminster and their daughters: Charleen and her husband Tom Herle and their children Jordan and Megan; Heather and her husband Cory Graham and their children Alexandra and Cole; Bruce Wayne Corrigan and his wife Allison of Paradise Hill and their children: Shane Corrigan; Darcy Corrigan; Tammy and her husband Lanny Kozinski and their daughter Shelby; Scott Corrigan; one sister Vivian and her husband Nathan Kelly of Houston, Texas; one brother Leonard Heath and his wife June of Turtleford, SK; one sister-in-law Eileen Heath of Chemainus, Vancouver Island, BC; as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. The funeral service for Viola was conducted from the McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Tuesday, May 24, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Anne Laird officiating. Hymns sung were "In The Garden," "Abide With Me," and "Morning Has Broken," accompanied on the organ by Marj Kilback. The Grace United Church Choir sang " I Was There to Hear your Borning Cry." Active pallbearers were: Charleen Herle, Heather Graham, Shane Corrigan, Darcy Corrigan, Scott Corrigan and Tammy Kozinski. Interment followed in the Lloydminster City Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. Card of Thanks The family of the late Elsie “Viola” Corrigan wish to express their sincere gratitude to all their friends and family for their support and kindness through our difficult time. Thank you for the phone calls, visits, cards and flowers, food and memorial donations. To the nurses on the 3rd floor - thank you - your care, support and compassion will forever be remembered. To Dr. Khatun and past and present staff of the Co-operative Medical Centre - thank you - your care and friendship was truly appreciated by Mom and her family. To the Pioneer Lodge staff, residents and Home care Staff. Mom thoroughly enjoyed her 12 years with you. She appreciated each one of you, treasured the friendships and loved the pranks - Thank you. To Glenn, Dale and Dave McCaw. Thank you for your professionalism, your kindness and compassion were greatly appreciated. To Pastor Anne Laird our thanks and gratitude for your visits with mom and for your thoughtful, comforting message. Our thanks to the United Church Choir, the organist and the ladies who supplied the lunch.
