B I O G R A P H Y PRIOR: Hughina "Ina" Mary Prior passed away in the Turtleford Hospital on Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at the age of 86 years. Ina is survived by: three sons: Nelson of Mervin, Ross of North Battleford and David of Mervin as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Ina was predeceased by her husband John, three brothers and three sisters. The funeral service for Ina was conducted from the Mervin United Church, Mervin, Saskatchewan on Saturday, January 15, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Pat Ribey officiating. A solo "The Roses Never Fade" was sung by Lois Kendel. Hymns sung were "Just A Closer Walk With Thee," "In The Garden," "Just As I Am," and "One Day At A Time," accompanied on the organ by Noreen Williamson. The Mervin Community Choir was also present. Active pallbearers were: Marc Stewart, Doug MacKinnon, Sheldon Everson, Rob Burroughs, Allan Schneider and Dustin Ballantyne. Interment followed in the Mervin Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster and Turtleford administered the funeral arrangements. Card of Thanks The family of the late Ina Mary Prior would like to express our sincere gratitude for the kindness shown us in the passing of our mother. Special thank you to the Doctors and staff of the Turtleford Hospital for the care and kindness given. Also the Home Care ladies who have came to our house over the last number of years. To Pastor Pat Ribey for the heartfelt service, thank you. To organist, Noreen Williamson, the Mervin Choir, soloist Lois Kendel, and the pallbearers, thank you. Thank you to the Mervin Ladies who provided a lovely lunch on such a cold day. For the flowers, cards, phone calls, visits, food brought to our home, and for all the help given to us, your kindness we will never forget. Special thank you to McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., for your help and for the professional personalized service given.
