B I O G R A P H Y GRAY: Ralph Ellis Gray passed away in the Vermilion Health Center, Vermilion, Alberta on Sunday, November 14, 2004 at the age of 86 years. Ralph is survived by: four children: Jackie and her husband Ernie Semeniuk of Vermilion; Richard Gray and his wife Sheryl of Edmonton; Valerie and her husband Alan Rustad of Minburn; Beverly and her husband Greg Jackson of Victoria; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four sisters: Betty Evans of Kitscoty, Leo Cairens of Cold Lake, Gert Martin of Westlock and Ollie Chisholm of Victoria. Ralph was predeceased by his sister Emma Sheppard, his parents: Luvia and Charles Gray and brothers: Les and Ken Gray. The funeral service for Ralph was conducted from the McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Thursday, November 18, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Bob Aldrich officiating. A eulogy was given. Hymns sung were "Amazing Grace, " and "How Great Thou Art," accompanied on the organ by Marj Kilback. Honorary pallbearers were members of the Royal Canadian Legion. Active pallbearers were: Aaron Semeniuk, Courtney Semeniuk, Kyle Semeniuk, Chad Gray, Charlene Gray and Tyson Gray. Interment followed in the Kitscoty Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. CARD OF THANKS The family of Ralph Gray would like to extend sincere appreciation to family and friends for the love and support you have extended throughout his life. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of the 200 Wing, Dr. Gerber and Dr. Stewart-Hunter of the Vermilion Health Care Complex and to the recreation staff of the Alice Keith Nursing Home for all your care and attention over the past few years. Sincere thanks to McCaw’’s Funeral Home and to Reverend Bob Alrich for your compassion and guidance during this difficult time and to Marj Kilback for the music. Special thanks to the members of the Royal Canadian Legion of Kitscoty for your tribute and to the Ladies of the Seniors’ Center for the lunch. Thank you everyone for your cards and gifts of kind to family and for your charitable donations. In lieu of thank you cards the family gave a donation to the Friends of the Vermilion Health Care Complex Society.
