I remember Lyle from my year of teaching at Kitscoty. I just read the eulogy online and wish to express my sympathies to your entire family. Though it has been so long since I have seen or spoken to him, I still remember him and that is a great testament to his character. It is tragic loss and comes far too early.

Wayne, Mitch and family, I never had the pleasure of meeting Lyle but he was dating my little sister Kerri and I know what a great guy he was by the way he treated her. He loved his little brother, being around his friends, and Kerri. The distance between Lyle and Kerri was no match for Telus as they spent all the time they could talking to each other every day. He would often just show up in Sylvan Lake at her place and that is one of the many things that Kerri will dearly miss about him. May the memories you cherish help ease your sorrow.
