Hornseth- Dmyterko Myrna Ellen passed away peacefully in the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, SK, on Saturday June 18, 2011 at the age of 53 years. Myrna will be sadly missed by daughter Kristen, son T.J., stepdaughters Abbey Winkler and family and Kim Bailey and family, brother Wayne (friend Linda), brother Leonard (Chris), sister Audrey Laycock (Ron) and numerous relatives. The funeral service was conducted from Lloydminster Gospel Fellowship Church, Lloydminster, SK on Wednesday June 22, with Pastor Lorne Tebbutt and Pastor Lyle Berg officiating. Eulogy and words of hope were given by Lorne Tebbutt, special music done by Graham Sharkey and Leon Leontaridis. A tribute to Myrna was done by son T.J. Memories done by Marianne Lesyk and Pat Sharkey, and a special song by Tina Freeman. Honorary pallbearers were all those that shared in Myrna`s life, Urnbearers were Kristen and T.J. Mc Caw Funeral Service Ltd. administered the funeral arrangements. Donations may be made to the Lloydminster Hospital Chemo Unit. The families of the late Myrna Hornseth- Dmyterko would like to thank Dr. Govender, Brenda Servold from Homecare, and the entire third floor nursing staff for their wonderful care and concern. Thank you to Lloydminster Gospel Fellowship and numerous families for your care and support. We would also like to thank Lloydminster Gospel Fellowship for providing the lunch. We would like to thank everyone that participated in the service to make it meaningful. A special thank you to Glenn McCaw for his compassion and professionalism.
