Obituary of Eric Ross

BIOGRAPHY ROSS ~ Eric Jackson Ross passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 in Maidstone, Saskatchewan at the age of 86 years. Eric will be sadly missed by his wife Mick of Maidstone; four children: Bonnie Lynn and her husband Dennis Badham of St. Albert, Penny and her husband Peter Donovan of Waseca, Lorylle and her husband Curt Ketterer of Manhattan Beach, California and Glen Ross of Paynton; thirteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one sister-in-law Helen Ross as well as numerous other relatives. Eric was predeceased by his brother Gordon Ross and his sister Annie McDougall. The celebration of life was conducted from the Maidstone Legion Hall, Maidstone, Saskatchewan on Monday, May 14, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. The eulogy was given by Glen Ross. Remembrances were given by various family members and friends. Bagpiper Bill Cornfoot provided the music selections. The interment was held in the Maidstone Cemetery. "Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa your guiding hand on our shoulders will remain with us forever." McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.
