God bless Gary, may you be at peace my friend. So many fun times we had at Fr. Butte high School. Everyone knows the story of Sandra and I bringing you and Bud supper. Another one of our fun times was the time the Fri. movie wasn't interesting and we went to look in on Elwood Mclean's churdh service and of course we were giggling and we got caught and Elwood invited us in and sat us right up at the front. It was all we could do to contain our giggling. When service was over Elwood Thanked us for attending and we were out of there. The memories are wonderful but my heart is sad as I know it is for you Margaret and your family. i pray God gives you strength to carry forward in the days ahead. Hold your memories close to your heart and they will help to ease the sadness. Take care and God Bless

Dear Margaret and Family, I was saddened to hear of Gary's passing. He fought a long and courageous battle to the end. I recall pleasant memories from school days and more recently, the good times our Frenchman Butte School Reunion Committee had in planning and carrying out a successful reunion in 1996. Gary played a key role on the planning committee, as I'm sure he did in many community events before and since then. I remember Gary's lifelong love of music which he willingly shared at so many community events over the years. No one will ever be able to replace him. We'll always miss him, but cherish the good memories as they come to mind. With sincere sympathy, Gwen Rempel
