BIOGRAPHY

 

JOHNSON ~ Frederick "Earl" Johnson passed away peacefully in the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at the age of 78 years.

 

Earl will be sadly missed by his wife Hedy; son Miles and wife Sue; grandchildren: Kendra and Joelle; brother Les and Myrtle Johnson; sister Diane Johnson, sister-in-law Jeannie Johnson as well as numerous other relatives.

 

The graveside service was conducted from the Wycollar Cemetery, Marsden, Saskatchewan on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. with Mel Letkeman officiating.

 

The eulogy was read by Lorne Hnidey.

 

The musician was Barry Peters.

 

The hymns sung were "Because He Lives" and "Amazing Grace".

 

The honorary pallbearers were Harry Gibbard, Ross Seale, Alex Mitchell, Rick Swanstrom, Stan Graham and Danny Hozack.

 

McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.

We would also like to thank Dr. Kerlis for his excellent care, for the ambulance drivers from Neilburg, the Doctors and Staff at the Lloydminster Emergency and to McCaw Funeral Service for their kindness and compassion, and for all the phone calls, cards, flowers and food that was brought to the house. Your kindness will always be remembered.
