PHILLIPS ~ Chase Robert Reginald "Wiggy" Phillips passed away in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at the age of 1 year.
Wiggy will be sadly missed by his mommy Jeanine, Daddy Brad, Gramma Kora, Auntie Breanne, Grampa Bob & Gramma Cheryl, Great Gramm and Grampa Adams, and numerous other Relatives & Friends.
The private family funeral service for Chase Phillips was conducted from Paradise Valley United Church, Paradise Valley on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. with Lois Greenlay Burwash officiating.
The hymn sung was "All Things Bright and Beautiful" which was accompanied by pianist Naomi Broemeling.
The Pallbearers were Jason Phillips and Gary Miller.
The Interment was held in the Paradise Valley Cemetery, Paradise Valley, Alberta.
McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Chase
