WICH ~ John Wich passed away at his family farm near Lloydminster, Alberta on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at the age of 88 years. John will be sadly missed by his wife Stella, son James (Val) Wich of Lloydminster, daughter Shirley Curtis of Lloydminster, son David Wich of Edmonton, daughter Joanne (Evan) Loy of Marsden, and grandchildren; Joshua (Laura) Wich of Lloydminster, Jessica (Cody) Caverly of Lloydminster, Titus (Brittany) Wich of Delisle, Michael (Kirsten) Curtis and family of Edmonton, Cassidy (Neil) Larson and family of Lloydminster, Angela Wich (Mike Weitzien) of Lloydminster, Lauren & Ashlyn Loy of Marsden, and numerous other relatives. The funeral service for John was conducted from the Lloydminster Gospel Fellowship, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Lyle Berg officiating. The Eulogy was read by Fred Judin. The Honorary Pallbearers were the Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. The Active Pallbearers were Mike Kashuba, Mike Stefura, Mike Wasylasko, Fred Pewarchuk, Russell Letwin, Marvin Letwin, Laurie Wich, and Steve Hrynchuk. The Interment was held in the Lloydminster City Cemetery, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan followed by the lunch at the Lloydminster Gospel Fellowship. Donations in memory of John may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.
