PETRAS ~ John Osmond Petras passed away at the Pine Island Lodge, Maidstone, Saskatchewan on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at the age of 77 years.
John will be sadly missed by his daughters; Sandra & Andre Fendelet, and Bonnie Petras, grandsons; Rory, Jody, Zack, and Dustin Fendelet, sister; Nellie Petras, brothers; Ted Petras, Ed & Hanny Petras, and Jerry Petras, nieces; Janice & Brian Lundell, Bev Masse, and nephews; Kenton & Carmen, Jeremy & Lisa, and Corey & Karina. He will be remembered by many good friends whose lives he touched.
The Memorial Service for John was conducted from the Maidstone Legion Hall, Maidstone, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Gerry Wilkins speaking.
The lunch was held at the Maidstone Legion Hall following the service.
Donations in memory of John may be made to the Pine Island Lodge.
McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.
