Obituary of Adele Michalski

MICHALSKI ~ Adele Michalski passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 4, 2011 at the age of 84. Adele was born in Chozki, Poland on July 8, 1926. She leaves to mourn, her son Charlie Michalski, daughter, Janice Edwards (Greg), and son-in-law Gary Minty. She so loved her five grandchildren and two great grandchildren, Jason Minty (Lysiane), Pamela Minty (Doug), Amylia Edwards, Alexis Edwards (Tavis), Chase Michalski, and Liam and Kaiden Bilodeau Minty. She was predeceased by her husband John in January of 2009 and her daughter Christa Minty in February of 2010. There was a viewing held at the McCaw Funeral Chapel followed by a graveside service at the Lloydminster Cemetery. The service was officiated by Eric Persson. The eulogy was read by her grand daughter Pamela Minty and a poem reading by her grandson Chase Michalski. The active pallbearers were her grandchildren, Jason, Pam, Amylia, Alexis, Chase and great grandson Liam. CARD OF THANKS First and most importantly to all the staff at the Jubilee Home, thank you for taking such good care of Mom. She never wanted to bother any of you and she so loved you kindness. We really appreciate you for hosting the tea after the service. To our family and friends, thank you so much for the food, flowers, cards, phone calls, and on line messages. Your kindness will never be forgotten. To Debbie and Marlene, I cannot tell you how much we appreciate all that you did. Dr. Chan, thank you for all the years of taking care of Mom. Gramma Adele would have been so proud of you grandchildren for taking such an active part on her final resting day. Liam and Kaiden she so loved you boys.
