Frances leaves to mourn: daughter, Quinn Kerr; son, Jesse Kerr; step-son, Kristopher May; five grandchildren; mother, Gladys Kerr; and two sisters, Janet Kerr and Carol Tutte.
Donations in memory of Frances may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
