Obituary of Antonia Suchan

Antonia Suchan passed away at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta on Monday, September 16, 2013 at the age of 91 years. Antonia was born February 15, 1922 in Lobsing, Germany to Xavier and Barbara Schmidt. Antonia leaves to mourn her passing four sons: Len (Louise) Suchan of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Ken (Layne) Suchan of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Greg (Wendy) Suchan of Estevan, Saskatchewan and Dave (Donna) Suchan of St. Albert, Alberta; two daughters: Julianna Bauml of Oliver, British Columbia and Marlene Suchan (Holly Lingel) of Abbotsford, British Columbia; 11 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren. Antonia was predeceased by her mother, Barbara Schmidt; father, Xavier Schmidt; loving husband, Leo Suchan; daughter, Sister Laura Suchan; son, Hal Suchan; and son-in-law, Donald Bauml. Donations in memory of Antonia may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
