Marian Sophia "Sophie" McCabe passed away at the Jubilee Home, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at the age of 97 years.
Sophie leaves to mourn her passing: her children: Cecil (Jeanette) McCabe, Vernon (Karen) McCabe, Ron (Paulette) McCabe, Ila Carlton, Bernice Brown, Beatrice (Rex) Ryan, Eileen (Greg) Paradis, and Doreen (Rocky) Forsyth as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Sophie was predeceased by her husband, Clarence; daughter, Darlene McCabe; and grandchildren: Judy McCabe, Johnny Carleton and Sarah Paradis; daughter-in-law, Avis McCabe; sons-in-law, Gordon Carleton and Jack Brown.
Donations in memory of Sophie may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
