It was such a pleasure to grow up knowing Irene as a family friend and neighbor. She was a wonderful, giving, caring and community-minded lady who, among countless other things, contributed so much to the Lilydale District for so many years - thank you Irene for all you did. You made our world a better place by your presence here on earth. Deepest sympathy to all the family, sorry I will not be able to attend the service, my thoughts are with you.
