McColm ~ Allison Irene McColm passed away in Edmonton, Alberta on Monday, October 14, 2013 at the age of 42 years. Allison was born on May 4, 1971 in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan to Shirley and Orest Andony. Allison will be sadly missed by: her loving husband, J.J.; two sons, Matt and Evan; her parents, Orest and Dianne Andony; siblings, Doug (Holly) Andony, Lisa (Kevin) Kunce, Corinna Andony (Billy Anderson), and Delton Andony (Melanie Armand); mother-in-law, June McColm; aunt, Orian Barret; J.J.'s siblings, Paige (Maria) McColm, Robert McColm and Rhea (Bob) Noda; nephews, Jeremy (Lindsay) McColm, Jeff McColm, Orson Kunce, Brock and Mitch Andony; niece, Nicki (Dwayne) Lessner; as well as numerous great nieces and nephews. Allison was predeceased by her mother, Shirley Andony; and one brother, Warren Andony. The Memorial Service for Allison was conducted from the Lloydminster Exhibition, Stockade Convention Centre on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 2:00 PM with Joyce Dickson officiating. The eulogy was given by Debbie Hogg. Interment was held in the Lloydminster City Cemetery. Donations in memory of Allison may be made to the Trust Fund for The McColm Children. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements. CARD OF THANKS We, the family of Allison McColm, would like to extend our appreciation to the doctors, nurses and hospital staff of the University of Alberta Hospital and the Lloydminster Hospital as well as the Stars Air Ambulance attendants. Thank you to Debbie Hogg for giving a wonderful eulogy and to the Lloydminster Exhibition for the use of the Stockade Convention Centre and the delicious lunch. Thank you to our friends and family for the sympathy cards, flowers, food brought to our home, phone calls and visits and to all those who made donations to the boys' trust fund. Thank you to Nicki and Dwayne Lessner for all of your help during this difficult time. A huge thank you to Purolator, Coca-Cola and Just Kruzin' for the compassion and concern shown to our family. Thanks to McCaw Funeral Service of Lloydminster for their professional care and attention provided in arranging the funeral. Allison was an organ donor with the Hope program and the McColm family would like to encourage others to sign up to help other families in need.
