George Mitchell Phillips passed away in Leduc, Alberta on Friday, November 1, 2013 at the age of 86 years.
George leaves to mourn his passing: two daughters, Joanne (Jim) Berry and Kathy (Doug) Dumouchel; four grandchildren: Jan (Robert) Baker, Bobby (David) Kozicki, Dan (Maggie) Dumouchel and Tricia Dumouchel; and three great grandchildren: Maia, Ethan and Hudson.
Donations in memory of George may be made to Lloydminster Region Health Foundation.
