BIOGRAPHY TESCH ~ Adolph Russell Tesch passed away peacefully in the Riverside Health Complex, Turtleford, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at the age of 87 years. Adolph will be sadly missed by his siblings: John Tesch of Mervin, Saskatchewan, Jack and his wife Betty Tesch of Powell River, British Columbia; nieces: Joanne and her husband Larry Morrison of Edmonton, Alberta, Donna and her husband Larry Coe of Turtleford, Saskatchewan, Darlene and her husband Roger Krahn of St. Albert, Alberta, Margaret and her husband Terry Nazaroff of Oliver, British Columbia, Barbara and her husband Richard Rittaler of Langley, British Columbia, Jackie and her husband John Hestness of Sydney, British Columbia; nephew Glen Tesch of Powell River, British Columbia as well as numerous other relatives. The funeral service was conducted from the Mervin Hope Centre, Mervin, Saskatchewan on Monday, April 11, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Dan Gies officiating. The hymns sung were “Just A Closer Walk”, “Under His Wings” and “Amazing Grace” accompanied on the organ by Judy Gies. Special music was by Bob Elliott and Greg Sample, Wilfred and Darlene Hamm and Adolph’s nieces: Joanne, Donna, Darlene and Margie.. The honorary bearers were Stan Maess, Rollie Nordell, Wilfred Hamm, Fred Sejberg, Glen Tesch and Larry Tesch. The active pallbearers were Bill Ulmer, Arno Ulmer, Wayne Kobie, Brett Coe, Tyler Coe and Larry Coe. The interment was held in the Mervin Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements. CARD OF THANKS The family would like to thank McCaw’s for their care and comfort during our time of loss, Dr. Mike and the nurses at the Riverside Health Complex in Turtleford for their excellent care for Adolph. To all the people who stopped by, phoned and brought food, we thank you for your love. To those who sent flowers and cards and those who chose to donate, thank you. To Pastor Dan Gies, thank you for your comforting and fitting tribute. To our friends who lovingly gave of their gift of music, we know that Uncle Adolph was enjoying it from the best seat in the house! “We will miss you Uncle Adolph, You meant so much to us. We will miss your big beautiful blue eyes and your infectious smile. We know that you are playing wonderful music in heaven but best of all we know that you are just fine where you are, you are quite alright and at peace.” Love your family. Donations in memory of Adolph may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Turtleford Riverside Memorial Hospital.
