Jack Weaver passed away Sunday, November 17, 2013 in the Lloydminster Hospital at the age of 90 years.
Jack is survived by his daughters: Judy & Don McIvor and Janette Garrant; his grandchildren: Bob & Teresa McIvor of Calgary, Alberta, Kelly Hockley of Grimshaw, Alberta, Kim, Crystal and Victoria Ducker of Lloydminster, Alberta and Xenia & David Yule; Great Grandchildren: Brenna, Connor, Alison and Dana McIvor, Tyler Hockley of Manning, Alberta, Kaitie Hockley of Peave River, Alberta and Tristan Yule.
He was predeceased by his son Paul in 1982; and his wife Della in 1999.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Lloydminster Region Health Foundation, Dialysis Unit.
