Dale Herbert passed away in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at the age of 73 years.
Dale leaves to mourn his passing, his loving wife, Phyllis; three children, Dennis (Della), Darlene (Gary) Hilderman, Debora (Robert) Ketterer; 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Terry (Joanne) and Lee (Betty); as well as numerous other relatives.
Dale was predeceased by one grandson, Justin Herbert.
Donations in memory of Dale may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
