I used to tease Mary about being so much older than me: about 3 months. I officially met Mary a few years after she and John were married. In later years, our age difference was an on-going joke.
On the serious side, Mary was a wonderful homecare provider for us, and she was always a good friend. We had a great visit when I called to offer my condolences for Pat's passing.
