Joe was born in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on April 22, 1950 to Zofia and Walter Orlak.
Joe leaves to mourn his passing: his sister, Mary (Dave) Penny of Marshall; two nephews:
Carl Penny and Gary Penny (fiancé, Jamie Abbott); and great nephew, Lucas Penny.
Joe was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Zofia Orlak.
Donations in memory of Joe may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
