Obituary of Helen Pawsey

PAWSEY ~ Helen Pawsey passed away at the Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, June 6, 2014 at the age of 89 years. Helen will be remembered by her loving husband of 69 years, Keith; two daughters: Dianne Laverty and Fay (Vince) Voss; three grandchildren: Shannon (Kevin) Eger, Tori (Kevin) Hughes and Lonnie (Stacy) Voss; seven great-grandchildren: Kyla (Shawn) Van Meter, Kelsey Eger, Quinn and Austin Hughes, Alexa and Kiptyn Voss and Karlee Laverty; and one sister, Pearl Hill. Helen was predeceased by: two sons, Garnet and Rick; grandson, Dean Laverty; son-in-law, Gary Laverty; five sisters: Lena, Mary, Jeanette, Jenny and Olive; and two brothers: Fred and Ivan. The honorary pallbearers were Shannon and Kevin Eger, Tori and Kevin Hughes and Lonnie and Stacey Voss. Card of Thanks A special thanks to Shannon for the heartfelt eulogy, you did her proud.
